The Transformation Challenge is a guided fitness program designed to help members achieve their personal health and fitness goals over 6 or 12 weeks. It includes workout plans, tracking progress through the MyCoach feature in the Fitness First Asia mobile app, and access to Fitness First’s world-class facilities and expert coaches.

The challenge is open to all active Fitness First members, new, current, or with FITPASS credits.

A feature of the Fitness First Asia Mobile App that helps members track and follow their workout programs. It provides a digital platform for:

• Accessing your personalized training plan.

• Tracking your progress (e.g., completed workouts, weights lifted, etc.).

• Receiving updates and guidance from your personal trainer or the Fitness First coaching team.

Step 1: Visit the front desk or speak to a Fitness First coach to enroll in the challenge.

Step 2: Download the Fitness First Asia mobile app and set up your account

Step 3: Click on the MyCoach feature, then choose My Challenges and select your preferred program and duration (6 or 12 weeks) and start your transformation journey!

• Progress tracking and accountability via the My Coach app.

• Expert advice and support from Fitness First coaches.

• Access to group classes, gym equipment, and other facilities to complement your program.

Yes! You can choose the duration that best suits your fitness goals and schedule. Your coach will recommend a program length based on your desired outcomes and current fitness level.

• Strength and endurance

• Body composition (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain)

• Overall fitness and confidence

To maximize results, it’s recommended to follow the program as closely as possible. Your coach can adjust the plan based on your progress or any challenges you face.

The challenge is included in your Fitness First membership. If you opt for additional personal training sessions, standard PT fees will apply.

Absolutely! After completing one cycle, you can start another to continue progressing toward your goals.
