A stone’s throw from Tanjong Pagar MRT station, Fitness First 100 AM sits at the edge of historic Chinatown providing another workout option to those working and living nearby. 

This 14,402 square feet club features an open-floor gym, cardio and free-weight areas and a lounge with a beverage bar for members to relax at post-workout. There are 2 studios - a beautiful Mind & Body studio and a large Group Exercise studio. Members have a choice of over 90 Group Exercise classes a week including Freestyle Group Training, Suspension Training, BOSU® and ViPR™ group sessions with a trainer. Members enjoy access to Amara Hotel's swimming pool where guests can relax and do some laps. 
You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.
