BIT OF BACKGROUND
Our club has been designed with you in mind. We have areas that are dedicated to specific workout needs, which includes cardio theatre, free weights area, GX studio, yoga studio, cycling studio and freestyle area. Our gym also operates as a HYROX Training Club, suitable for structured training ahead of race day. To get to us, you can take the buses, taxi or drive over.the bus stop is only a 15-minute walk from our club. You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.
