Committed to Quality

All our  Certified Fitness Coaches are required to complete a vigorous foundation training program spanning 3 to 12 months. Our coaches are required to pass all exams before being allowed to train our clients.

Our coaches begin with posture and movement assessment, utilising the latest tools - Boditrax and MyCoach, to track your progress and identify areas to improve.

02 SET

Expert coaches teach pre-workout stretching and muscle activation, post-workout cool-down techniques, and foam roller use to relieve muscle soreness.

03 GO

Dynamic Movement Training emphasizes utilizing natural movements to enhance core strength and improve cardio. Coaches will guide you through the process.

A certified coach personalises your workout experience beyond generic gym routines. A Certified Fitness Coach helps define what fitness means for YOU – leaner, stronger, improved well-being, or athletic performance. This is accomplished by setting SMART goals.

Engaging personal training services at Fitness First typically starts from RM105 per session, but can vary depending on the coach's experience and number of sessions booked. Contact us to find out more.

This depends on your goals and schedule. Generally, 2-3 sessions per week is a good starting point.

Your Certified Fitness Coach will assess your body composition, postural and dynamic movement, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and coordination.

A single session runs for 1 hour. However, we understand that everyone has different needs, so we may be able to offer shorter or longer sessions depending on your preference. Please discuss your options during your free consultation.

Your Certified Fitness Coach will work with you to optimise your workout, ensuring it seamlessly aligns with your fitness goals and daily commitments, whether it's the school run or client meetings. This tailored approach maximises training effectiveness within your time constraints.

Our Certified Fitness Coaches undergo rigorous in-house training programs recognised by reputable fitness authorities like the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). This ensures they possess the highest level of expertise to guide you towards your fitness goals.

We employ cutting-edge technology through MyCoach, available on the Fitness First app. This innovative tool allows you to systematically track your progress across 11 different fitness components. This enables us to target specific goals with precision. This data-driven approach ensures a dynamic and effective training regimen that continuously adapts to your evolving fitness needs.
