With your assigned coach, set SMART goals based on your fitness & lifestyle aspirations. This ensures a clear, achievable, and trackable transformation experience within a realistic timeframe.

Engaging personal training services at Fitness First typically starts from RM105 per session, but can vary depending on the coach's experience and number of sessions booked. Contact us to find out more.
