A Passport membership includes the option to activate an International Passport, giving you access to over 91 Fitness First clubs across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
You can enjoy up to 30 visits per year at clubs within the same tier as your home country. Simply activate your access at reception before you depart.

Tier-to-Tier Matching:
Access to overseas clubs are based on your home country membership access tier. For example, Premium Passport members can access Premium clubs abroad, but not Platinum clubs. .
Higher Tier Access:
You can access higher-tier clubs by paying 50% of the destination country’s day rate. Rates vary depending on club tier and destination country.
Local Regulations:
Usage is subject to local government regulations and club operating hours in the destination country.

A: The International Passport is a premium benefit for our members, designed to keep your training consistent while you travel. It grants you access to over 91 Fitness First clubs across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, making Southeast Asia your personal training arena.
Q: How many international visits am I allowed per year?
A: You can enjoy up to 30 visits per calendar year at international clubs within the network. Whether you are traveling for business or a marathon, Fitness First ensures you have a professional space to train.
Q: Which countries can I visit with my Fitness First Passport?
A: Your passport currently covers the premier fitness hubs of Southeast Asia: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Q: Can I access any Fitness First club tier in another country?
A: You are entitled to access clubs that correspond to your home membership tier or lower. For example, a Premium Passport member in Thailand can access Premium clubs across the region.
Q: What if I want to train at a higher-tier club (e.g. Premium Passport members looking to access Platinum club(s) in Southeast Asia)?
A: You can access higher-tier clubs not included in your current membership category by paying a discounted rate of 50% of the local day fee.
Q: How do I request my International Fitness Passport?
A: Activation is a simple 3-step process managed by our Front of House team:
- Visit us at reception before you depart Thailand.
- Provide your travel details: Share your travel period, destination country, current membership tier, and the clubs you plan to visit.
- Collect your Passport: Your request will be processed, and you will receive your international passport within 3 business days.
Q: Do I need to activate access every time I travel?
A: Yes. To ensure a seamless "check-in" experience at international clubs, please notify your home club reception before every departure so we can prepare your digital or physical credentials.
